Family First Aide LLC is a licensed provider of home- and community-based Medicaid waiver support services for adults with disabilities in Florida. We work alongside families, guardians, and support coordinators to make everyday life steadier and fuller.
Our mission
Helping adults with disabilities live more independently in their own homes and communities
We believe adults with disabilities should have real choices about where they live, how they spend their days, and who supports them. Our role is to provide the steady, practical, non-medical support that makes those choices possible.
That means showing up on time, learning what matters to each person, respecting privacy and dignity, and building routines that reduce stress for the whole family. Progress looks different for everyone, so we measure success by the person's own goals.
Family First Aide LLC delivers support services only. We do not provide medical treatment, therapy, or skilled nursing care, and we coordinate respectfully with the professionals who do.
