Adults with disabilities who qualify for Florida Medicaid waiver services
We support eligible adults of any age. Many of the people we serve are between 20 and 50 years old and are focused on independence, work, friendships, and running their own household.
Who qualifies for our support
Adults with disabilities
We serve adults with intellectual, developmental, physical, and other qualifying disabilities who are enrolled in a Florida APD/DCF Medicaid waiver program.
Any adult age
Eligibility is based on the waiver and the support plan, not age. Support looks different for a 22-year-old starting out than for a 55-year-old settling into a long-term home.
Living in the community
Services are provided in the person's own home, a family home, or a supported living arrangement, and out in the surrounding community.

Support that meets people where they are
People come to us with very different starting points. What they share is a goal of more independence with the right amount of support behind them.
- Help with daily living tasks and household routines
- Community access, transportation support, and participation in activities
- Non-medical supervision for safety at home or in the community
- Companionship and social connection to reduce isolation
- Independent living skills and housing stability coaching
- Structure and reminders for appointments and responsibilities
